Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
To request a return, contact support@rizznova.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
