We ship internationally to destinations where a supported delivery service is available. Delivery options are confirmed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive tracking details by email after your order has been dispatched.

If a discount is applied, your merchandise subtotal must still meet the applicable free-shipping threshold after the discount, excluding shipping and taxes. Express Shipping remains chargeable. For other destinations, available services, prices, and eligibility are confirmed at checkout.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will email a tracking link. Carrier updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.
Delivery estimates
Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Customs processing, local carrier conditions, peak periods, severe weather, or incomplete address information may cause delays outside our reasonable control.
Duties and taxes
Depending on the destination and order value, local authorities may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are not included in the item or shipping price and, when assessed, are the recipient's responsibility.
Address problems
Please check your address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact support@rizznova.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun, and additional postage may apply if a parcel is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
